There is an old saying in real estate of “Buyer Beware” and nothing could be more true for a home buyer as in the home purchasing process, which a large part includes the home inspection. As a buyer, you cannot simply sit back and go with the flow (especially if you are paying cash and a home inspection is not a requirement of the lender). The home inspection is one of the most important aspects in allowing a homebuyer to decide if they want to move forward with their real estate purchase.
